[Insight-developers] Doxygen issue

Hi Luis,

I removed the extra "$" last night, and it worked fine!

Today, doxygen warnings are back on the dashboard.
It seems that there doxygen warnings are not filtered, but errors are ?

Hi Arnaud,

Thanks for checking,

Yeap, it looks like the extra "$" is the culprit.

I would seem that this symbol comes from CMake
in the variable: @PERL_EXECUTABLE@

It shouldn't be there...

About the warnings,
I'm not sure why they don't appear in the Dashboard.
Are you looking at the build from your machine ?

I'm wondering if we are filtering out the errors / warnings
from Doxygen.

Luis,

By removing $, it seems to work.

I am also surprised to see that the warnings from doxygen do not show up anymore on the dashboard as they used to be.
These informations are pretty useful, aren't they? Do you know why?

Hi Luis,

Right the tarball is rather small on my machine...

By looking at INPUT_FILTER value, i.e.

INPUT_FILTER           = "$/usr/bin/perl
/home/ajg23/DOCUMENTATION/ITK_Static_Release/ITK-build/Utilities/Doxygen/itkdoxygen.pl<http://itkdoxygen.pl>"

I don't understand why there is a $ showing up. It may be responsible of
the error ?

Hi Arnaud,

It looks like something went wrong with
last night's copy of the Doxygen documentation:

http://public.kitware.com/Insight/Doxygen/html/index.html

The file I got from your site is only 270062 bytes,
when it is usually 233562061 bytes.

I'm wondering if the change of the "perl" executable
broke something in the generation of the documentation.

If you have a chance,
could you please verify the doxygen build
in your server ?

In that way we can determine if this is a problem
during the run of doxygen, or during the transmission
of the file.

    Thanks

          Luis
