[Insight-developers] Adding Streaming Visible Human Examples

Bradley,
Could we hold off on this until after the 3.14 release?  I expect that this
would go in cleanly with few issues, but the fewer changes we make to the
code base right now, the better chance we have of getting it green by next
Wednesday.
