Hi Luis,

In order to make the tests with too large data to be included in ITK  
easier to run, and thus running them in a larger number of sites, I  
think it would be nice to use the Daniel Blezek's curl base ImageIO.

It would also avoid the increase of cmake options, by using a single  
option for all those kind of tests, like

   ITK_USE_REMOTE_DATA_SETS

I would suggest to have it to ON by default.

Does it seem reasonable?
