[Insight-developers] SeriesReader Streaming test added & OSIRIX data

Hi Brad,

Thanks a lot for setting up all the streaming tests.

Following up on our discussion during last tcon,
a test for streaming in the series reader, has now
been added to Testing/Code/IO.

The filename is:

    itkGDCMSeriesStreamReadImageWrite.cxx

It is a combination of code from

   itkGDCMSeriesReadImageWrite.cxx and
   itkImageFileReaderStreamingTest.cxx

In order to run it, an option was added to the
top ITK CMakeLists.txt file for locating data
from OSIRIX:
