[Insight-developers] Some failure in Review do to file format

Hi Bill,

Thanks for catching this, and setting up the CVS file.

I'll review the image files with Sophie to fix the ones
we have committed.

Just for the record:
   Sophie is working form a Mac Mini machine,
   so most of these files will have Unix format.
