[Insight-developers] Updating TIFF in ITK

1) There is a bug for ITK's tiff being out of date:

Actually, I already resolved these warnings in tif_unix.c by using an
explicit cast, as was done in the previous tiff library (but somehow wasn’t
mentioned on this page:
http://public.kitware.com/cgibin/viewcvs.cgi/Utilities/itktiff/?root=Insight



2) Note that VTK and ITK both have libtiff, it would be good to keep
them in sync as much as possible.
