[Insight-developers] Updating TIFF in ITK

Thanks. I noticed these warnings (1) as well. Will check that. Furthermore,
all itk-tests passed, but I did not compile the InsightApplication tree,
will start with that in a moment. As well as with the vtk tree, to see if
there are any conflicts/differences,

1) There is a bug for ITK's tiff being out of date:
<http://public.kitware.com/Bug/view.php?id=5469>

2) Note that VTK and ITK both have libtiff, it would be good to keep
them in sync as much as possible.
