Hi Jim,

Thanks for fixing the files.

The fixes have now been committed to the ITK 3.4 branch.

The issue was logged as bug: 6073

     http://public.kitware.com/Bug/view.php?id=6073

An Experimental submission of ITK 3.4 to the Dashboard was
green.

If Slicer is using the ITK-3-4 tag, then
your fixes should now be available in Slicer.
