[Insight-developers] Building ITK with STD_DEBUG_MODE

Folks,
I've checked in the changes that permit compilation with the stl debugging
enabled. I fixed a few Cell classes that were the culprits. All of the tests
pass on my Fedora Core 6 build now. We'll see how we do tonight on the other
platforms. I'm hoping that a number of Vista failures go away.
