[Insight-developers] Building ITK with STD_DEBUG_MODE

Mathieu, Mathieu and Sean,

The stl debug flags uncovered a really subtle (and one not so subtle) misuse
of iterators in itkPolygonSpatialObject.txx. I suspect this may be the
reason for the failure of itkPolygonGroupSpatialObjectTest on  one of the
new Vista builds.
