[Insight-developers] Associate editors: Any success with assignedreviewers ?

Hi Gaetan,
I would like to know if there exists a guide book to successfully get papers reviewed. I solicited 8 reviewers with a range of background, the only one who accepted and completed this is a itk developer himself.  

Is getting familiar with ITK a significant barrier for the reviewers of papers in Insight Journal? If so how do we get over this issue and successfully have the greater community participate in the review process? 

My apologies if this issue has been discussed and sorted out. In that case could someone point me to the outcome of the discussion.
