[Insight-developers] USE_FFTWF and USE_FFTWD and Exlicit Instantiation

Hi Kent,

zion.kitware and camelot.kitware are building with both FFTWF and FFTWD
as well as Explicit Instantiation on.

When you are adding CMake options to build ITK is highly advisable to
contribute Dashboard submissions that exercise the variations of
those options.

We had a broken Dashboard during several weeks due to a simple problem
that should have been caught when the code modifications were originally
committed.

Could you please enable both FFTWF and FFTWD in your local testing ?
