[Insight-developers] Image Direction row/column confusion

Folks,
On today's t-con, we discussed the recent issues with reading/writing direction cosines. I content that the file reader was correct before the reordering checkin. The itk image stores the direction cosines as columns in the DirectionMatrix. The nrrd/meta readers and writers should conform to this convention. I'll try to fix them all at once, but probably not today.
