[Insight-developers] itkOrientImageFilter working only in 3D?

Hi,

People at ETH recently complained to me (through Guido) that one of the 
problems with ITK was that the filter templating was inconsistent.  They 
felt that they had to refer to the documentation too often.  Otherwise, 
they were quite happy with ITK...
