[Insight-developers] itkMidsagittalPlaneExtractionImageFilter not compiling/no test

Hi All,

I tried to compile itkMidSaggitalPlaneExtractionImageFilter in
Code/BasicFilters.
This filter does not have any test and is currently not compiling.
>From CVS it looks like this filter has not been updated since August 2003...
I guess nobody is using this filter.

Should we simply remove this filter from the toolkit?
