[Insight-developers] HTML page with known compiler issues

A long overdue HTML page describing known compiler
issues with ITK has been committed today.

It is linked from the ITK Documentation web page
and can be found directly here:

If you have a chance, please take a look at the
page and let me know of other entries you would
like to add, or comment on the accuracy of the
current entries.

In particular we will appreciate confirmation
on the entries for the IRIX and Solaris compilers.
