FLTK version 1.1.5 does not compile correctly Visual Studios 6.  There are a
number of problems related to the DSP files and to include paths (there may
be others -- I stopped trying after a certain point and reverted to version
1.1.4.).  Version 1.1.4 seems to work much more cleanly.  If the intent was
to recommend FLTK 1.1.5 for the new release, I would recommend staying with
1.1.4.
