Dear Stephen,

it is my pleasure to report you, that to date 67 participants
have signed up for the tutorial you have proposed. Based on this
number the Organizing Committee decided to definitively carry out
the tutorial and has already made the necessary reservations at
the conference's venue.

As a default, a standard digital projection with laptop connection
has been arranged for the presentations. Let me know, if you need
additional AV equipment for the tutorial.

The conference organizers would like to publish the tutorial handouts
on the homepage in PDF format, in adition to making them availabe in
paper format at the conference.  Let me know if you  agree to making
them available on the MICCAI sebsite. In any case please note that the
handouts must be available to the organizers at least 10 days in advance
of the tutorial session in order to prepare their distribution.

I thank you very much for your contribution to the upcoming conference
and look forward to an exciting and enjoyable meeting in Montreal.
