[Insight-developers] ImageIO cleanup...

Hi Folks-

There are two files in Code/Common that I believe are obsolete and should 
be removed: itkImageIO.h/.cxx and itkImageIOCommon.h/.cxx. I notice that 
the Analyze folks (/IO/itkAnalyzeImageIO.cxx) are using  itkImageIOCommon.h 
but is does not seem that anything is actually used.

Can I obsolete these classes? Another option is to obsolete ImageIO and 
move ImageIOCommon into Code/IO. Comments?
