[Insight-developers] New "Works in Progress" menu item from itk web page

Hello all,

I have modified the ITK web page to include a new menu item.  The "Works
in Progress" menu item is below the "Testing" menu item, and it takes
you to the new formed ITK Projects page.  

Go check it out.  Better yet, sign in and add your projects and
descriptions to the list.  Remember that this list is moderated, and
your projects may take a day or two to show up on the list.
