[Insight-developers] VXL Upgrade Complete

Hello,

I've committed changes to ITK to use the vnl from the latest vxl as of
today.  The build worked for me on a few platforms, but I could not test
them all.  These changes will likely cause some dashboard instability for
a few days.

Another effect of this change is that CMake 1.8 is now required to build
ITK from CVS.  It may be downloaded from here:
