[Insight-developers] tests on terminus.kitware

Hi,

Two tests

itkThresholdSegmentationLevelSetImageFilterTest
itkLaplacianSegmentationLevelSetImageFilterTest

show as failing when run on terminus.kitware .net and vc++6.0.  But it
appears that these nightly builds are not actually updating nightly from
the CVS repository.  Debug statements I inserted friday do not show up in
the test output.

If these builds are not actual reflections of what is currently in the
repository, I request they be moved under the Experimental build section
to avoid confusion.
