[Insight-developers] InsightDocuments/Validation + tech report numbering

Folks,

As per tcon for May 24th, I've created a
new directory in InsightDocuments to house
validation reports.

The structure is as follows:

+ InsightDocuments
         + Validation
                 + ( one study per directory )

There should be one directory per validation
study.

Should have some official ITK technical
report numbering system so that we one can
cite these reports?

Did we want a "Validation" page that
have links to the pdfs of the reports?
