I know we agreed that GE/Kitware would hold off fixing other people's compiler errors but I couldn't
get a build together in order help other people with their requests. So I had to fix a number of
problems in Transformation, AffineTransform, AffineRegistrationTransform. The pattern causing the
problem was a mismatch between the template parameters in the declaration and the template parameters
in the definition. For instance, the header file would have
template <class foo, unsigned int NDimension>
class ....
and the txx file would have
template<class foo, int NDimension>
Some of the compilers, particularly the Intel compiler, would not accept this deviation.
Please be careful with how you declare and define your template parameters.
