[Insight-developers] CVS Headers (EVERYONE PLEASE READ)

At the top of each Insight file, there is a header section containing CVS information.  These lines
have the form

Module :   $RCSFile:  filename,v $
Date:        $Date: date and time $
Version:    $Revision: 1.x $

When creating a new source file, the easiest thing to do is copy another source file, and change
everything that appears after the standard header (CVS information and copyright information).

Many of the Insight files (58!) have incorrect CVS Headers.  This is apparent in the "Module:" line.
In some cases, the trailing "$" is missing, so CVS will not replace the tag.  In other cases, ",v" is
missing or has been replaced with ".v".

I will make a pass through the system and repair these headers.  But please be careful in modifying
the CVS headers by hand.
