Hi, Seems that it makes sense to have signed quantities as index elements. Another advantage (of signed) is to being able to chech for <0 when counting down in for loops. [Stephen]. I'd already made a check in of itkIndex.h with "unsinged long" types. Should I revert it ? Luis
