I have been getting/ignoring that warning for a while now.
It seems harmless.  Right now we are no using dll's do it
should not matter.

If you want to do your own project:

1. build pcbuilder (from pcbuilder.dsw)
2. add your test program to a Makefile.in in the Testing/Code/Common directory.

3. run pcbuilder.
4. Load the ITK.dsw 
5. build your project.
