[IGSTK-Users] Cmake problem of IGSTK

Hi Ofer,

IGSTK 5.2 is not compatible with VTK 6.x use e.g. VTK 5.10 instead.
You might also use an older CMake as well, since IGSTK 5.2 was mainly
developed and tested with CMake version 2.x.

PS: we are working on IGSTK 5.3 which will be compatible with newer
versions of ITK, VTK etc. but the refactoring is still work in
progress.
