[IGSTK-Users] IGSTK with ITK 4

Hi Christian,

we are going to release IGSTK 5.0 soon. After the release we will
upgrade to ITK 4 (high priority on our todo list).

Please use ITK 3.20, when you work with IGSTK until then, as only this
will provide you a stable environment.
