   1. Refactored transform classes ( Affine transform, perspective
      transform )
   2. Support for ascension tracker
   3. Reslicing ( Orthogonal and oblique modes; manual and automatic
      reslicing )
   4. New example applications ( Navigator, Tracker measurement volume
      viewer, tracker configuration )
   5. Miscellaneous bug fixes
