[IGSTK-Users] making an igstk project using visual studio express

i copied them, they are there, but i had to get FLTKUse.cmake from 
the source directory.

>Project(HelloWorld)...
>TARGET_LINK_LIBRARIES(HelloWorld IGSTK)

cmake gets errors about not being able to find both FLTKUse.cmake and 
UseIGSTK.cmake. the message is: " ... include could not load fike : ...".
