[IGSTK-Users] image origin problem

Hi jjina1028,


    IGSTK is doing the right thing:

    It is displaying the image at their correct spatial position.


What you should do is to first register the images to one another,
then, resample one of the images into the coordinate system of the
other.


You will find many different image registration methods in the
Insight Toolkit ITK. Please read ITK Software Guide:

in particular the chapter on "Image Registration".
