Hi Patrick,

Thanks for adding the MicronTracker to the NeedleBiopsy application.

You may have to make this to be optional, given that not all builds
have the MicronTracker libraries available.

You can use the CMake variable:


      IGSTKSandbox_USE_MicronTracker


for having conditional code that uses or not the MicronTracker.

Otherwise the NeedleBiopsy will not compile in other machines
that lack the MT library.
