[IGSTK-Developers] SPIE VideoGrabber abstract

Hi Ole,

The abstract organization is really good but it needs a lot of editing. 

I did a bit of editing this afternoon.  Since I will not be able to do 
more work on it tonight or
the next few days, I  decided to share what I have so far for the rest 
of the team who would
like to work on it.
