[IGSTK-Developers] FlockOfBirdsCommandInterpreter coverage

Hi All,

I'm still working on increasing the coverage of the 
FlockOfBirdsCommandInterpreter,
which has been made difficult due to the lack of access to a Flock of 
Birds device.

Finally I found someone locally who is willing to generate a full 
simulation data set
for me, so hopefully the coverage issue will be fixed this morning.

Thanks to Julian for providing the earlier simulation data set.
