[IGSTK-Developers] Compiler Warnning C4244

Hi everybody,

There has been a long time issue with the FLTK warnning on the windows 
build machine.

C:\Patrick\FLTK\VS60-Debug\FL/Fl_Window.H(91) : warning C4244: '=' : 
conversion from 'short' to 'unsigned char', possible loss of data

It seems that in the latest FLTK release (fltk-2.0.x), they have fixed 
this problem.
Pls refer to line 81, in fltk/Window.h
Notice: They have refactored the class.

So for right now, I just made a temporary change to the FL/FL_Window.H 
file here on the build machine. To remove the annoying warnnings, and so 
that it's easier for us to look at other warnnings.
