Hi Kevin,

Thanks for the detailed comments.

I will make the corrections and will
submit the paper. I'm flying tomorrow
to SIGGRAPH, so problably will do the
corrections during the trip and then
submit it from L.A.

In any case, the deadline has been
extended until August 5th. Although
I would prefer to submit it tomorrow
if we fell that the paper is ready.
