[IGSTK-Developers] RE: miccai paper draft

Hi everyone:

Here is an updated and perhaps even near final version of one of the papers.

Kevin Gary and Brian Blake did an excellent job with this paper so I put
their names first.

Please read through it and send your comments (if you modify the text use
revision tracking and add your last name to the file name) by Thursday so we
can discuss at the tcon.

I have a proposal and several SPIE abstracts due on Monday, so I will be
looking for someone to make the final submission on these papers. Brian, I
may need you to make the final submission on Friday or Saturday if you are
willing. I am also sending the paper to our editor for comments and we will
add the page numbers to the references.

Finally, since there are seven "Best Practices" listed in this paper I would
like to suggest that these will become the "Bible" of robust agile
development and they be known as "Gary's Best Practices" - these could
eventually become of famous as Stephen Covey's Seven Habits of Successful
People (for those who have read this book)

Now all we need to is a draft of the other paper!

Kevin, all,

I merged sections 1, 2, and 3 of the paper and put in an abstract.
Instead of recapping project management for section 4, I put in a
short wrap-up section based mostly on Stephen's comments. Brian
did a nice job of integrating his section with the stuff from
section 2. He did leave one place to put in a sample scenario
description, so please look for it.

I'll leave it with you to finish off. Good luck to the team as
you move forward.
