[IGSTK-Developers] New Iteration 6 Requirements Page

Hi Rick,

I have created an Iteration 6 requirements page on the wiki.  Right now
it contains a copy of any requirements from the Iteration 5 page that were
not marked as finalized.

Hopefully I'm not stepping on anyone's toes by doing this.

If there are any requirements on the Iteration 6 page that have been
finalized (meaning that they are in the bug tracker and were completed
for iteration 5), then the owner of the requirement should remove it from
the Iteration 6 page and mark the bug-tracker REQ number on the
Iteration 5 page.
