[Dart] Did all of the XML-format stuff just happen?

Did all of the XML-client-side-format docs specs in:

http://svn.na-mic.org:8000/svn/Dart/trunk/Dart.pdf
http://svn.na-mic.org:8000/svn/Dart/trunk/ResultData/Test.xml

...just happen since our conversation about XML DTDs late last week?  I 
didn't recall seeing this info last week, and my apologies if I overlooked 
it.  If this just came about: I truly thank the turn-around time to 
generate these docs to help fulfill our needs.  :)   In any case, the docs 
are greatly appreciated.

The Dart.pdf seems to be significantly upgraded in general since last week, 
too...unless I just overlooked most of the content when focusing in on 
build the server.jar last week.

Does an svn email notification exist for the above svn repo?  I'd like to 
subscribe.  If anyone wants help setting this up, my team can help, we do 
this with our svn repos, and it's a relatively straightforward thing to do 
if one has an email list dedicated to this task.
