[Dart] the next release of dart2

Alex,

  We plan to release a 0.9 that we put in the public while we internally bang on it at GE.  When the last rounds of bugs are ironed out, we'll tag a 1.0.  0.9 should happen in the next two weeks, then we'll do 1.0 a few weeks after that.

dear developers,

are there any plans to do another release of Dart2 in the near future?

the one bug fix we are waiting for is related to the incorrect time zone 
display in Dart2 server v.0.6. I believe the fix is already in CVS. 

Being 11 hours from UTC makes it a bit inconvenient. ;)
