[Dart] RE: Boost dashboard and ViewCVS link

I modified the Dart XSL files to support ViewCVS and have updated Dart on 
public.  If the boost dashboard has its own copy of Dart, you'll need
to update it.

Thanks to Amitha Perera for his contributions to two of the XSL files
that needed modification.

Your support for ViewCVS in DART's dashboard is working nicely.  However,
there is one minor problem.  The link on the left side of the page to go
to the root of the CVS repository is not showing up.  I'm guessing that
the code that puts it there decides based on whether the cvs root has been
set.

The Boost dashboard is now part of the dashboard list for
public.kitware.com, so you can get to it through

http://public.kitware.com/dashboard.php?name=boost

It rolls over nightly and is updated every hour, just like the
others.  There are no builds being submitted right now, though.

When you get a chance, please look at fixing the link problem.
