[Dart] tiganna not showing up on dashboard

It seems that tiganna is placing XML files on public but that Dart is
not displaying the results on the dashboard. The olny diffs I see are
that tiganna has no "."s in its name where all others do. Also tiganna
is running purify but we have had multiple purify runs before. tiganna
is experimental. Any ideas?
