[Ctk-developers] Cleanup branches in CTK

Hi CTK devs,

The CTK repo is being a bit cluttered by all its branches ( 34 branches
!!!).
Can each of you look at your branches and delete them if not needed anymore.

In 1 week I will delete the "merged" branches if I don't hear otherwise.
However, it would be great if we could also keep a low number of unmerged
branches.
