[Ctk-developers] ctkDICOMDemoSCUMain.obj : error LNK2019

Hi,

I just had to compile a recent CTK version for our project on Windows 
(VS 2008) and run into very similar issues. I just pushed the Windows 
fixes to the CTK repository. Let us know if that also solves your issues.
