[Ctk-developers] mingw build failure

Hi Dean,

Here is the description of the build directory structure:

<ROOT_BUILD_DIR>/CTK-build
<ROOT_BUILD_DIR>/CMakeExternals/{Source, Build, ...}

The different external project are checked out, build, etc .. in the
associated subdir you could find in CMakeExternals directory.

CTK-build is what I would call the "inner" build directory, ctest should be
run from that folder.
