I dont have ccmake, but doing
cmake -DVTK_DIR:PATH=mypath_to_my_vtk_build ../CTK
allows build to completion for
CTK_LIB_Widgets:BOOL=ON
CTK_LIB_Visualization/VTK/Core:BOOL=ON
CTK_LIB_Visualization/VTK/Widgets:BOOL=ON
I tried ctest in the root of my ctk build, but I get a no test found
message?
