Hi all,

I want to add a few new files to the CTK plugin-framework branch and I'd 
like to use the "correct" copyright / licensing information. Our 
discussion somehow ended without a clear result and most files in the 
repository state that they are BSD style licensed and refer to a 
non-existing LICENSE.txt file.

I understand that this decision is not to be treated lightly, but we 
need to come to a conclusion. Personally, I would vote for Apache 2.0 
because of the clear statements concerning patents.
