[ITK] Convert stl to DICOM

[Andras Lasso]

3D Slicer (www.slicer.org) should be able to do this conversion: it can import STL files that you can either convert to segmentations or fake images and then export to DICOM. Write to the slicer-users mailing list if you get stuck at any point.
