[ITK] Extended UID length limit

Hello,

Is there an upper bound on the length of extended UIDs returned
by itk::GDCMSeriesFileNames::GetSeriesUIDs?

I'm copying the extended UIDs to a null-terminated buffer, so it would be
convenient if I know the the maximum length in advance, i.e., how many
additional characters can I expect beyond the DICOM standard UID length of
64 bytes.
